Hiring Process at a Glance
Simplified, transparent procedure for all candidates
We evaluate each candidate holistically. We believe you are more than a grade or a performance review. Largely, we have three different evaluation criteria for hiring the brightest talents:
1. Character 2. Performance 3. Cultural compatibility.
Everyone has a story. We would love to hear about yours. Please send us your resume and answers to the five questions. All of our candidates’ stories will be read by a real person. You will receive our decision letter via email within 7-10 business days.
* Although we strongly recommend that you highlight your education and work experiences, there is no education or experience requirements for you to apply for a position at Ulai Health, unless stated otherwise in a particular job description.

The initial interview will be held in one of the following three forms:
1. One on one in-person interview 2. Video interview 3. Phone interview.
If you are located in the Washington D.C. area, we prefer to meet with you in person. However, depending on your individual circumstances, we will coordinate the most effective interview method for you.
* Please note that initial interview may take up to two hours.
We are glad that you have made it to the last step in the interviewing process.
Our in-person board interview is a panel interview led by key leaders of our organization. Each interviewer takes turns and asks you a variety of in-depth questions. In your invitation letter, you will receive the date, time, and location of your interview. You will also receive specific categories of questions and evaluation guidelines for your preparation.
* Prior to the in-person board interview, your background check will be conducted in accordance with the state and federal hiring standards. Additionally, a number of your references will be contacted.

This 60 day offer stage is designed to provide you with ample opportunity to experience first-hand our day-to-day mission, unique culture, and team atmosphere in action. We hope that this period helps you understand what it means to be part of Ulai.
During your first 60 days, both you and your team members will get to know, collaborate, and evaluate one another to maximize the cultural compatibility, performance contribution, and skills integration.
Before the end of your first 60 days at Ulai Health, team members will conduct a comprehensive review of your contribution to the team. We will then present you with a permanent decision/ offer.
You reserve the right to accept or decline our offer at any time during the “60 day offer” stage.
